Vehicles are partially disassembled to expose hidden damage in the frame, structural rails and mechanical components. Anything found beyond the original estimate is documented and supplemented.

Damaged panels are repaired with straightening equipment and filler where structurally sound. Panels with severe deformation or structural compromise are replaced with OEM or OEM-equivalent parts.
Repaired surfaces are primed, sealed and sanded. Colour-matched paint is applied in controlled conditions and clear-coated, with adjacent panels blended for a consistent finish.
All mechanical, electrical and sensor components disturbed during repair are inspected and reset. ADAS cameras and radar units are recalibrated to factory specification.
