Ceramic coating
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle's factory paint, creating a semi-permanent protective layer that cannot be washed off or removed by normal environmental exposure. It becomes part of the surface, not a coating on top of it.
The active ingredient in professional ceramic coatings is silicon dioxide (SiO₂), which forms a glass-like matrix over the paint. This matrix is rated on the pencil hardness scale — professional-grade coatings achieve 9H hardness, the highest point on the scale, making the coated surface significantly more resistant to light scratches, swirl marks, and surface marring than unprotected paint.

How it works
A controlled, multi-step process designed for maximum adhesion and durability. Rushing any step compromises the final result.
The vehicle is hand-washed using a pH-neutral soap, then treated with an iron fallout remover and clay bar to pull embedded contaminants from the paint surface. Road tar, brake dust, and industrial fallout must be fully removed before any coating work begins.
The vehicle is moved into a controlled environment with LED paint inspection lights. Every panel is examined for swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, water spots, and paint transfer. This inspection determines whether single-stage enhancement or multi-stage paint correction is required before coating.
Paint correction removes surface-level defects that would otherwise be sealed under the ceramic layer permanently. A single-stage correction addresses light swirl marks and minor scratches. Multi-stage correction removes deeper defects, heavy swirl marks, and oxidation by progressively leveling the clear coat.
The coating is applied panel by panel in a temperature-controlled environment. Each layer is hand-applied with a microfiber applicator, allowed to flash (become tacky), and then leveled before moving to the next panel. Multi-layer packages receive a minimum 4-hour cure between layers.
After the final layer, the vehicle cures in a controlled environment for a minimum of 24 hours (48 hours for premium and graphene packages). A final inspection under LED lighting confirms uniform coverage and gloss consistency before release.
